Mark brings to Luce Performance Group 15 years of experience in Radio Broadcasting ranging from on-air to Sales and General Management experience in Small to Medium markets in the Pacific Northwest where he developed a passion for honest service to his clients.
Just like a lot of AE's, Mark moved into Sales Management without a strategic approach, he enjoyed quantum leaps in leadership skills, team building, accountability, inventory management, strategic planning, annual contracts, and customer market profiling while implementing the Luce Performance Group System. His background is a testament to a program that works to achieve personal and business goals and hit budget while striving for continued growth and education of the staff.
Mark has been tapped for additional interactive product and content development in regards to LPG systems and our web site in addition to posting daily research and articles that make sales easier to execute.
Mark and his wife Nicole are in the process of purchasing KMGI/ KSEI radio in Pocatello, Idaho where they will make their home with two teenage boys.
