 The testing is administered online and contains control questions so the applicant that "tests well" doesn't skate through without showing true traits, strengths, and weaknesses....

The multi-section report helps you interview the applicant and coach them if you choose to hire. Knowing this information can truly make a difference between success and failure as you train and develop new staff members...

As you look at this recap of how an applicant tested you can draw some conclusions, in the example above the candidate exhibits rebellion to management and has potential attitude problems....that is a big red flag depending on your management style.
