"Sometimes a script will work for one market but not for another. Here's an example. The client was a retailer of hot tubs and spas and the first commercial concept was based around the line "We love to hear our customers moan". However this was considered too risque for one market and so the concept was changed to 'How easy it is to get into hot water'.
