Feb 24, 2010 by Sean LuceGreetings from the Inland Empire-Riverside, CA. Before I go on...KOLA posted some incredible growth numbers in January. KCAL also posted close to 20% better than the market in January, which is no small accomplishment. Congratulations to both staffs!
I'll be here through the week and leave on Saturday back to Houston in perparation for the upcoming Toronto sales seminar. This week, I'll be in March A.E. projection meetings in the morning with General Manager, Jeffrey Parke, and in the afternoon, we're redoing both web sites and putting together some new ideas on their web sites which you will see starting on April 1st.
Tonight (Tuesday) we have our West Coast Awards dinner honoring Valerie Gladden and Rod Landon. Valerie was our Sales Rep of the Year and sells for KOLA FM here. Rod Landon won the Ultimate Team MVP-(How important one person is to the success of the team in leadership and leading by example-)
I apologize for this email going out one day late. I arrived late into Ontario, California on Sunday night, and then the following morning I couldn't see straight-not what you think :)- just from one meeting to the next until the late hours of Monday night. We're working on some exciting new things here that our other properties will be able to look at for impetus in perfecting their web sites into the future and actually work and generate money-substantial. We've already proven with huge success unlike any in the world with Castanet per capita. Now, to make these radio .coms work-that's a whole other deal-one where we'll be successful.
